Due to our rapid expansion we are now seeking an experienced Personal Assistant & Office Administrator to take care of the daily running of our Lion’s Cave, located in the heart of Sliema.

You are:

  • Highly organised with a great eye for detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
  • A confident communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Fluent in English & Maltese
  • Able to use your own initiative
  • Experienced in a similar role
  • A friendly & ambitious individual with a customer focus mind-set

Your duties will be:

  • Be the first contact for clients
  • Dealing with and delegating phone, email, website and walk-in enquiries
  • Dealing with suppliers and purchasing office supplies
  • Administrating daily reports, follow up calls
  • Reporting successful deals to the team
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Overall running of office operations
  • Managing the email account of the CEO
  • Scheduling appointments & meetings for the CEO
